Concrete Construction Project Manager
Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (on behalf of a leading commercial general contractor)
Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial concrete projects in Fredericksburg, VA.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects, with a proven track record overseeing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

- Other large-scale commercial developments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial concrete construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing $10M+ concrete projects
- Strong understanding of concrete construction, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project financials
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience working with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
