I’m partnered with a growing mechanical contractor in the Nashville market that is actively looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in commercial mechanical construction who is looking to continue growing their career with a contractor that has a solid project backlog and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
* Track project budgets, costs, and overall project performance
* Work closely with field teams, clients, and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery

Project Experience Preferred:
* Commercial
* Healthcare
* Education
* Multifamily
* Industrial
* Hospitality
* Mixed-Use Projects

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager
* Experience managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects
* Experience on projects with mechanical values of $3M+
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
