Multi-Family Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to lead large-scale residential construction projects in Raleigh, NC.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multi-family construction projects and a strong track record delivering complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

- Garden-Style
- Wrap
- Podium
- Ground-Up Multi-Family
Requirements:
- 5+ years of multi-family construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing $20M+ projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Experience with large-scale, ground-up multi-family construction
